Authorisation by a regulator is not an endorsement of any particular investment and does not guarantee returns. The value of investments and any income from them can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested.

Compliance & AML/CFT

Diligence that protects clients and the market.

As a regulated firm, we maintain a compliance framework aligned with the Maldives' anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regime. These measures safeguard the integrity of the market and of your relationship with us.

  • Know-your-customer (KYC) checks and verification of identity before an account is opened.
  • Screening against applicable sanctions and politically exposed person lists.
  • Assessment of the source of funds and source of wealth where required.
  • Ongoing monitoring of activity and periodic review of client records.
  • Reporting of suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as the law requires.
  • Staff training and independent oversight to keep our controls effective.

To meet these obligations, we may ask you for identification documents and supporting information at onboarding and from time to time thereafter. Providing this promptly helps us serve you without delay.
